Online giving is a way to automate your tithing.
Who should use online giving?
People going on vacation, extended trips, or who just want the convenience of automated contributions, should take advantage of this offering.
Is online giving secure?
Yes, security features include 128-bit encryption.
How do I begin?
Click on the online giving link above: ONLINE TITHING: VISA OR MASTERCARD
You will be re-directed to Logos Online.
At the Security Alert window click OK for viewing over a secure connection.
A new browser window will open.
This online giving site will prompt you through a series of steps to create an account.
Create a Profile.
Choose to use a checking account or credit card (Visa or MasterCard ONLY).
Choose frequency of contribution.
I clicked on “ONLINE TITHING:”, why do I not see the LOGOS ONLINE window?
If you are using a pop-up blocker, such as, Norton Security or Pop-Up Stopper, the window will not open. Most tools will allow you to permit pop-ups temporarily or at a specific website. You will need to allow pop-ups temporarily or within LogosGiving.com.
Can I test this by giving one time?
Yes, you can select “one time” in the frequency drop-down box in the sign-up process.
When are contributions processed?
All contributions are processed immediately, upon confirmation or on a pre-established day for recurring contributions.
Can I cancel or change my online giving?
Yes, you can edit the frequency and/or the amount of your contribution or cancel recurring contributions.
Can I view my past giving history online?
Yes, once you have set up a profile, you can then access your giving history.
How can I get a receipt of my online gift?
You may print out your confirmation screen or the confirmation email, which is sent to you, as a valid receipt.
