OLPH Ministry for the Sick and Dying Our eucharistic ministers take Holy Communion to homebound parishioners, hospital patients, nursing home and retirement residences. Currently the ministry is actively present at the following locations: Bay Area Hospital Heart Hospital Wooldridge Place Nursing Home Homewood Residence Our ministers also offer spiritual support, prayers, information on how or when to contact a priest, and help with individual needs. The main contact person for the hospital ministry is Ninfa Montez at 854-1194 or send email at zyreiko@aol.com. The main contact person for the Homebound Ministry is Sylvia White at 992-8718.
